In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by overseeing daily accounting functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end accounting process, including cash flow management, financial reporting, and the implementation of robust internal controls. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and control cash flow movements to maintain liquidity and financial stability.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and yearly financial statements for management reporting.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control policies to mitigate financial risks.
- Oversee tax compliance, including the calculation and reporting of PPh, PPN, and other corporate obligations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance accounting department productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian taxation laws and regulations (Brevet A/B is a plus).
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
