Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring data integrity and timely processing.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support management decision-making.
- Supervise the maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and manage budget preparation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Review financial reports for accuracy and discrepancies, providing corrective actions where necessary.
- Mentor and guide accounting staff to ensure a high level of team productivity and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with supervisory or leadership exposure.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
