Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAI) and tax regulations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes, addressing findings promptly
- Manage team performance through training, mentoring, and workflow optimization
- Develop and implement financial controls to minimize risk and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with department heads on budget planning and financial analysis
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 3 years supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (SAI)
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing accounting teams
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict financial deadlines
