Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, government reporting requirements, and internal company policies.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting staff to maintain high service standards.
- Manage external audits, tax filings, and coordination with regulatory bodies as required.
- Implement and optimize internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian PSAK (Accounting Standards) and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B) is highly preferred.
