Altius Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic finance team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our healthcare operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local tax regulations, hospital financial policies, and standard accounting principles (PSAK).
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the management team to prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors, preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of junior accounting staff to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and improve internal controls to mitigate financial risks and optimize hospital cash flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Pajak, PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight financial deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a professional team.
