Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of all accounting records in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, tax reports, and variance analysis for management review.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of junior accounting staff to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory audits, and financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize financial processes and improve internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and taxation laws (PPH, PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage small teams effectively.
