Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professional development.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and timely.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and statutory financial reporting requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budget forecasts, and cash flow statements for management review.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as required.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.
- Analyze financial variances and provide meaningful commentary to support business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, Brevet A/B) is a significant advantage.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian PSAK standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or accurate accounting systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic.
