Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate financial reporting
- Manage and mentor accounting staff through performance reviews and skill development
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Prepare detailed financial statements and management reports for stakeholder review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Coordinate external audits and tax compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 3 years supervisory experience
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced expertise in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Proven leadership abilities with team management experience in accounting environments
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA) is highly desirable
