Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive monthly financial reports and management statements.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation processes, and cash flow monitoring.
- Ensure full compliance with BIR regulations, local tax laws, and internal audit standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during annual audits.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (CPA license is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and taxation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and commitment to organizational ethics.
