PT FTS Automotive Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our finance team in Cikarang Selatan. As a key player in our manufacturing operations, you will lead accounting processes, ensure fiscal integrity, and drive financial reporting excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and professional development.
- Supervise tax compliance and reporting, including VAT (PPN), Withholding Tax (PPh), and annual corporate tax filings.
- Monitor cost accounting activities specific to automotive manufacturing to optimize production cost analysis.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in accounting.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in a leadership or Senior Accountant role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and local tax regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
