Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for the fast-paced consumer electronics industry? Trust Recruit is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting the strategic growth of our hardware and technology business.
As our Accounting Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated finance team, maintain internal controls, and provide critical financial insights to management. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses the technical expertise to streamline accounting workflows in a competitive electronics market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Manage tax compliance, including VAT, WHT, and corporate income tax reporting in accordance with local Indonesian regulations.
- Review and reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and intercompany transactions.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and coach junior finance staff to improve team efficiency and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CA, CPA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
