As an Accounting & Tax specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring full tax compliance, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable financial insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, general ledger accounts, and financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAK)
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and file tax returns including PPh (Income Tax), VAT (PPN), and other applicable tax obligations
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly, resolving any discrepancies promptly
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audit processes and provide necessary documentation
- Monitor changes in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards to ensure ongoing compliance
- Support budget preparation, forecasting activities, and financial analysis as required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting, taxation, or financial reporting roles
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK/PSAK) and tax regulations (Undang-Undang Perpajakan)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and numerical abilities
- Professional certification such as CPA, Brevet Pajak A/B, or similar is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
