Tanggung Jawab
- Managing and executing daily administrative accounting tasks with high precision.
- Handling end-to-end corporate tax administration, including PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN filings.
- Preparing periodic financial reports and reconciliation statements for management review.
- Ensuring all financial documents are filed and archived systematically for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate data entry of invoices, receipts, and expense claims.
- Monitoring tax deadlines and ensuring all payments and filings are completed before the due dates.
- Assisting in the preparation of internal and external audit requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or tax administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and relevant tax software (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
