PT XTRA HEAVY LOGISTIK, a growing player in the logistics industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated Accounting & Tax Assistant to join our finance team in Jakarta Timur. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping entries.
- Prepare monthly and annual tax reports, including PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN filings.
- Reconcile bank accounts and internal ledgers to ensure data accuracy.
- Support the finance manager in the preparation of financial statements and audit documentation.
- Monitor and track tax deadlines to ensure timely compliance with local tax authorities.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoice verification and expense tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of company budgets and financial forecasting reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Taxation or Accounting from an accredited institution.
- Must possess valid Brevet A & B certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an Accounting and Tax role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and high integrity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
