Are you a strategic financial leader ready to make an impact? Dwigunatama Rintisprima is looking for an experienced Accounting, Tax & Budget Section Head to oversee our financial operations and drive fiscal health.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the accounting and finance team, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and developing strategic budgets. We are seeking a dedicated professional who excels in both analytical thinking and team management to help us achieve our financial goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Accounting, Tax, and Budgeting department, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations (PPN, PPh) and corporate accounting standards.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation and audit preparation.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, analyzing variances to recommend cost-saving measures.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S1 Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum 5-7 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Tax Law (UU PPh, UU PPN) and Financial Accounting Standards.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and high integrity.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
