Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting regulations in Indonesia
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax compliance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in public accounting (BPK) is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
