Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports in strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards.
- Oversee treasury activities, including cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and maintaining healthy liquidity.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring all employee compensation, deductions, and benefits are processed correctly.
- Ensure full compliance with government regulations, internal financial controls, and company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounting and Tax functions within the Indonesian market.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, payroll regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and high integrity in financial handling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
