Trust Recruit is currently seeking a motivated Accounting, Tax & GA Executive to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this position, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations while ensuring tax compliance. While a strong foundation in accounting and tax regulations is required, we are fully committed to your professional development and will provide comprehensive training for all General Affairs responsibilities. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative office culture that values growth, accuracy, and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual tax filings (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
  • Maintain organized financial records and prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to handle general administrative tasks and office support.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, inventory, and facility-related maintenance.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
  • Support the HR/Admin team with document processing and vendor management as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or taxation roles.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a significant plus).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Adaptable nature with a willingness to learn General Affairs tasks through provided training.
