Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily data entry and maintenance of general ledger accounts.
- Support the preparation and filing of monthly tax documents (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN).
- Help in verifying financial documents, invoices, and vouchers for accuracy.
- Support the month-end closing process by reconciling bank statements and petty cash.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial filing systems.
- Assist senior accountants with ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and Indonesian tax regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of personal integrity.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
