Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial ledgers and bookkeeping records.
- Support the tax team in preparing monthly and annual tax filings (PPh, PPN).
- Coordinate directly with Mandarin-speaking clients to clarify financial inquiries and documentation.
- Participate in data entry and reconciliation tasks for various business accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and internal audit documentation.
- Support office administrative tasks related to accounting compliance and record-keeping.
- Translate business documents or emails between Mandarin and Indonesian/English when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Final year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong command of Indonesian and basic proficiency in English.
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time within a professional team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
