Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards.
- Lead tax compliance efforts, including preparation and filing of PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT (PPN).
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure financial integrity and asset protection.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business decision-making processes.
- Manage external audits and liaise with tax authorities as required.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within a reputable company.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Undang-Undang Perpajakan) and PSAK.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a cross-functional team.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
