We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounting & Tax Manager to join PT PRAKARSA ENERGI SEJAHTERA. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for steering the company's financial health by overseeing the entire accounting and tax function. You will ensure the integrity of financial reporting, guarantee strict adherence to tax compliance regulations, and strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards, ensuring that the company remains compliant while optimizing its financial structure. You will act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights that drive business decisions and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the monthly financial closing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with reporting standards.
- Oversee all tax compliance activities, including VAT, Withholding Tax (PPh), and annual tax filings with the Indonesian tax authority (DJP).
- Develop and implement robust internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure audit readiness.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements and reports for management review and regulatory compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions to maintain healthy cash flow and vendor relationships.
- Ensure full compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local accounting regulations.
- Supervise, mentor, and train the accounting staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (S1/S2).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and taxation, preferably within the energy or industrial sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (UU HPP, UU PPh) and financial reporting frameworks.
- Certified Public Accountant (Akuntan Publik) or CPA designation is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar financial software.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
