As the Accounting & Tax Manager, you will serve as the strategic anchor of the financial division. You will manage daily accounting processes, optimize local tax strategies, coordinate audits, and guide a dedicated team of professionals. If you possess a deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PSAK) and a track record of driving operational efficiency, this high-impact opportunity is tailored for you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliation.
- Manage and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (including CIT, VAT, WHT Art 21/23/4(2)/25/26), ensuring timely monthly and annual tax filings (SPT).
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK/PSAK).
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting and tax team to drive operational excellence.
- Coordinate with external parties, including auditors, tax consultants, and government tax authorities (KPP) during audits or inquiries.
- Analyze financial data, manage cash flow forecasting, and provide strategic financial recommendations to executive management.
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to mitigate financial and compliance risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and tax, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
- Possess professional certifications such as Brevet A & B (Brevet C or CA/CPA is highly preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law, e-Faktur, e-SPT, DJP Online, and local accounting standards (PSAK).
- Proficient in utilizing modern accounting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking, superior attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and spoken).
