Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPh Badan) and timely tax reporting.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to mitigate risks and safeguard company assets.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and relevant financial regulatory bodies.
- Prepare financial statements and provide actionable analytical insights to the executive management team.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting and tax staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and tax management, preferably in the energy or related industrial sector.
- Strong mastery of Indonesian Taxation laws and PSAK/IFRS standards.
- Proven expertise in using major accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex financial environments with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly organized, ethical, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
