Graha Megaria Raya is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting & Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring tax compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support our continued growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and a proven track record of managing accounting teams effectively. You will be the primary point of contact for financial audits, tax planning, and internal financial controls. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee full-cycle accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance and month-end/year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) and manage tax reporting and filings.
  • Direct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with company business objectives.
  • Supervise, mentor, and lead the accounting and finance team to ensure high productivity and accuracy.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly/annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK standards.
  • Implement and improve internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CA/CPA/Brevet A&B) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting and tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Undang-Undang Perpajakan) and government reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions.
  • High integrity, detail-oriented, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
