PT Multi Medika Internasional Tbk is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, and we are currently looking for a strategic Accounting & Tax Manager to lead our financial operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the financial health of the company, overseeing tax compliance, and providing actionable financial insights to the executive leadership team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Flow Management.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, 29, and PPN) and timely filing of tax returns.
- Direct the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and IFRS.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless annual audits.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Analyze financial performance and provide variance reports to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage tax planning initiatives to optimize the company’s tax position while remaining strictly compliant.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or Professional Certification (Brevet A/B, CA, or CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution firm.
- Strong command of Indonesian taxation regulations and legal compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a finance team.
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
