Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports accurately and on time.
- Handle tax reporting and compliance, including PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN filings (e-Faktur).
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for financial audits and documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is properly archived.
- Support the finance manager in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
- Stay updated with the latest Indonesian tax regulations and implement necessary changes to accounting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or taxation roles.
- Proficient in Indonesian tax regulations and government tax filing systems.
- Strong command of accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
