Join Citraguna Lestari's dynamic finance team as our Accounting & Tax Officer. Based in the strategic Alam Sutera area, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity and regulatory compliance for our manufacturing operations. This position offers the opportunity to work with complex accounting systems while ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax regulations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and contribute to strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger for manufacturing operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Manage tax filings and documentation for Brevet A & B certifications
- Analyze manufacturing costs and implement cost control measures
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes
- Develop and optimize financial reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and tax roles
- Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting principles
- Brevet A & B certification (mandatory)
- Familiarity with Indonesian SAK (Standar Akuntansi Keuangan)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
