In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and handling tax compliance in accordance with Indonesian regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining the financial integrity of the company and supporting management in strategic decision-making through precise data analysis.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Handle tax calculations, monthly/quarterly/annual filings, and ensure full compliance with PPh and PPN regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage daily cash flow activities.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure all accounting records are up-to-date and adhere to internal control policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits.
- Review and approve vendor invoices and expense reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or tax, preferably within the retail or electrical sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Perpajakan) and reporting standards.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, MyOB, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
