We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Accounting & Tax Officer to join our team in Penajam Paser Utara, Kalimantan Timur. This role is a vital addition to our project-based 'Rebuild' initiative, where you will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, tax compliance, and efficient reporting during our operational restructuring phase.
As an Accounting & Tax Officer, you will work closely with the finance department to manage daily accounting cycles, ensure that all tax obligations are met under Indonesian regulations, and provide insights that support our strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, a solid grasp of local tax laws (PPh, PPN, PPh 21/23/25), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage day-to-day financial transactions, including general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including calculating, reporting, and filing monthly/yearly taxes (PPh, PPN, PPh 21/23/25).
- Prepare accurate financial statements and performance reports for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate document collection for tax audits and financial reporting.
- Monitor and track accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit requirements.
- Support the 'Rebuild' team with financial data analysis and administrative accounting tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting and tax administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a contract-based team structure.
- Willingness to be based in or relocate to Penajam Paser Utara, Kalimantan Timur.
