Are you a detail-oriented financial professional looking to lead in a dynamic environment? Sigap Prima Astrea is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Accounting & Tax Section Head to join our team in Cempaka Putih, Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our financial records, ensuring seamless tax compliance, and providing data-driven insights that support our business growth.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.), and proficiency in financial reporting standards. You will play a key role in optimizing our accounting processes, mentoring junior staff, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external financial audits.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the daily accounting and tax operations to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive monthly and annual financial statements.
- Manage the entire tax compliance cycle, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN calculations and reporting.
- Perform meticulous bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable monitoring, and general ledger management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for periodic financial reviews.
- Monitor and update accounting software to maintain high levels of data integrity and efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial analysis to management to assist in cost-control and profitability initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a supervisory or section head role.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian Tax Laws (Brevet A/B certification is a significant advantage).
- Expertise in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
