PT Dharma Megah Nusantara, a dynamic leader in the Telecommunications and LPG 3KG Retail sectors, is currently seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Accounting & Tax Specialist to join our finance team in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, managing tax compliance, and providing strategic financial insights that support our operational growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including the calculation, reporting, and payment of PPh 21/23/25/29 and PPN.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track budget variances and ensure project profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audits.
- Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an Accountant or Tax Staff.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law (Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong integrity and professional ethics.
- Reside in or willing to be placed in Surabaya.
