Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and yearly financial statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle end-to-end Indonesian tax compliance, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN (e-Faktur).
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure cash flow monitoring is precise.
- Prepare accurate tax reports (SPT Masa & Tahunan) and ensure adherence to statutory deadlines.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities when required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and tax-related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian Tax Regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN) and Brevet A/B certification is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking, high integrity, and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Reside in or willing to relocate to Krian, Jawa Timur.
