Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for property development projects
- Prepare and file monthly/quarterly tax returns ensuring full compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Assist in financial statement preparation and budget forecasting
- Conduct internal audits and financial controls implementation
- Collaborate with department heads on cost analysis and financial planning
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/tax roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
