Tanggung Jawab
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including recording transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers.
- Prepare and process monthly tax reports (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor petty cash flow for multiple business outlets.
- Coordinate with external auditors or tax consultants regarding annual tax filings and audits.
- Maintain well-organized financial documentation and filing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or tax-related roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN).
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Certification in Brevet A & B is highly preferred.
