Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage daily financial transactions and general ledger entries accurately.
- Handle tax reporting and compliance (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for management review.
- Ensure all financial documents are filed systematically and securely.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track operational expenses and budget allocations.
- Assist in the preparation of external audits and provide necessary documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or tax-related role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A & B certification is a significant plus).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or similar) and MS Office (Excel proficiency is mandatory).
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial data.
