Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and financial reconciliation.
- Prepare and compute monthly tax obligations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, and PPN).
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of monthly and annual tax returns (e-SPT and e-Faktur).
- Coordinate with clients to collect necessary financial documents for tax reporting.
- Monitor and update changes in tax regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during the tax audit process.
- Support the finance department in administrative tasks and document filing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or tax consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Experience with e-SPT, e-Faktur, and DJP Online systems is mandatory.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
