Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and financial accuracy? PT Beauty Inovation Laboratories, a growing leader in the beauty manufacturing industry, is looking for a dedicated Accounting & Tax Staff to join our team in Semarang.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring that our daily accounting cycles are maintained with precision. You will work closely with the finance team to prepare comprehensive financial reports and manage tax obligations in accordance with Indonesian regulations. We are looking for someone who excels in Microsoft Excel and is eager to grow their career within a dynamic, fast-paced laboratory and production environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage accurate daily financial reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Handle general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual tax filings (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
- Reconcile bank statements and verify financial discrepancies.
- Support the annual audit process and ensure all documentation is compliant with internal standards.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial records and tax supporting documents.
- Monitor and record operational expenses to ensure budget adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Tax.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting principles (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting or tax role (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly deadlines.
- Domiciled in or willing to relocate to Semarang.
