Tanggung Jawab
- Manage general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation
- Handle tax compliance, including monthly/annual tax returns and withholding calculations
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision
- Assist in internal and external audit preparations
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Monitor budget variances and financial performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial processes
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance
- 1-2 years experience in accounting/tax roles (fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or Xero)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPn, PPh, PBB)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B) is advantageous
