Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance and journal entries.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle corporate tax compliance, specifically PPN (VAT) and PPh (Withholding Tax) calculations and reporting.
- Execute precise bank and balance sheet reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Operate e-Faktur and e-SPT systems efficiently to ensure zero-error reporting.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during tax audits and financial reviews.
- Monitor and track accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Accounting or Tax Staff role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, specifically PPN and PPh.
- Proficiency in using e-Faktur and e-SPT applications is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Competent in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
