Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance and period-end closing.
- Prepare, analyze, and review monthly/yearly financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with PSAK standards.
- Monitor and control cash flow movements, ensuring optimal liquidity for daily operations.
- Manage corporate tax reporting and filings, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT (PPN) to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth financial audits.
- Implement and improve internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to management to support strategic business decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Accounting/Tax supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and periodic tax reporting.
- Deep understanding of financial reporting software and ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
