Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily accounting operations and financial reporting activities.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of SPT Masa, SPT Tahunan, and PPN reporting.
- Mentor and train accounting team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Review general ledger entries and financial statements for compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPH, PPN) and accounting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MyOB, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification such as CPA, ACCA, or AICPA is highly preferred.
