Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Oversee tax compliance activities including preparation of PPh, PPN, and other tax returns
- Lead and develop accounting team members through training and performance management
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports for stakeholder review
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial processes
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial examinations
- Monitor regulatory changes in tax laws and accounting standards
- Optimize financial systems and reporting workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/tax with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, BPHTB) and PSAK standards
- Professional certification (CPA, AK, BKP) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership ability with team management experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
