Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
- Oversee tax compliance activities including VAT, income tax, and corporate tax filings
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate financial statement preparation
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during examinations and reporting
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Mentor accounting staff and ensure team adherence to accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 5 years' experience
- Professional certification (CPA, Brevet A/B, or equivalent) required
- Advanced proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting systems
- Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
- Expert knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
