Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and review daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, PPh 21, 23, 25, 29) and timely filing of monthly and annual tax returns.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and audit readiness.
- Develop and implement improvements to internal accounting policies and operational procedures.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to department heads to assist in budgeting and expense management.
- Mentorship and guidance for junior accounting staff to ensure a high-performing and accurate team environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (Brevet A/B or CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting and tax supervisory roles, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of Indonesian PSAK standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
