Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Accounting & Tax Supervisor to join our growing team in Samarinda. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure tax compliance, and provide leadership to our finance department.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, and the ability to drive process improvements. You will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and forecasting.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to supervise and mentor the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team members.
- Oversee daily accounting entries, general ledger maintenance, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance, including the calculation, reporting, and filing of PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth annual audit processes.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the preparation of budgets and financial projections.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in Indonesian tax laws and implement necessary compliance adjustments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Accounting and Tax roles.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian Tax Regulations (Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage).
- Proven experience in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Samarinda Kota, Kalimantan Timur.
