Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Accounting & Treasury Manager to oversee our core financial operations in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity, responsible for managing accurate reporting, tax compliance, and sophisticated treasury transactions.
The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight of the general ledger, ensure seamless audit processes, and optimize cash flow management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards (PSAK).
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including timely filing of PPh, PPN, and other corporate tax obligations.
- Oversee corporate treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and bank relationship management.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth year-end closing processes.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to management to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CA/CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in a senior capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (Brevet A/B certification is a strong advantage).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex treasury operations and multi-currency transactions.
- Strong command of both Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
