We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Coordinator to join our night shift team in Central Luzon. In this key position, you will serve as a regional liaison, providing essential support to retailer field teams, the Caesarstone sales organization, and our trusted installation partners. Your role is critical in ensuring that financial operations run smoothly during off-hours, allowing our field teams to focus on customer satisfaction and project execution. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and acting as the bridge between our field operations and central management. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily accounts payable and receivable processes for the region.
- Act as the primary regional liaison between field teams, the sales organization, and installation partners.
- Monitor and verify installation partner schedules and ensure accurate billing records.
- Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring all financial data is entered accurately during night operations.
- Generate and analyze financial reports, highlighting key trends and discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with retailers and internal teams to resolve account inquiries and discrepancies.
- Support the sales organization by maintaining up-to-date account documentation and files.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in an Accounts Coordinator or Finance role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and accounting software.
- Demonstrated ability to work with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with diverse partners.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM).
- Knowledge of the construction or home improvement industry is a plus.
