Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian taxation laws, including timely filing of PPh, PPN, and other mandatory tax obligations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track expenditures and ensure budget adherence.
- Maintain well-organized financial records and documentation for internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven work experience in accounting or taxation roles.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian taxation regulations (Brevet A/B is highly preferred).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and handle confidential financial information with integrity.
