Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and corporate accounting standards
- Process payroll accurately and maintain employee records in compliance with labor laws
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations and implement audit recommendations
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure proper record retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Indonesian companies
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA) is preferred
